Returns & Exchange Policy

At Araadhya Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case of any inconveniences, we are happy to assist. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original receipt must be included with the return.
• Items must be purchased originally from www.araadhyafashion.com.
• We do not accept exchanges based on personal preference or likings.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges, regardless of whether items have been mailed back to us.

Please Note: We Do Not Offer Refunds. We Only Offer Exchanges.

In Case of Defects

We accept exchanges only if the product is defective and meets all the conditions listed above.

In Case of Sizing Issues

We dispatch exactly the size ordered. However, if the size does not fit you, we do accept exchanges. The customer will bear the extra costs incurred in the exchange process, such as shipping and pickup charges.

Validity for Exchanges & Returns

All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note:

• As all our products are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in embroidery and motifs. (Exchanges are not acceptable in such cases.)
• Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or device settings. (Exchanges are not acceptable in such cases.)
• Sale/discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• No refunds will be issued for taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges on international orders.
